In 2020, arrangements were made for the popular Super Stock division to compete as a support event at three APC United Late Model Series rounds.
Contests were conducted at Sauble Speedway and Sunset Speedway, with the finale at Jukasa Motor Speedway.
In 2021, the class received backing from Qwick Wick Fire Starters for the inaugural five-race championship. This year Dayco Belts and Hoses has
replace Qwick Wick as the series primary sponsor.
There are five Dayco Super Stock Series events this season.
- Saturday, June 14 - Peterborough Speedway
- Friday, June 27 - Delaware Speedway
- Saturday, July 12 - Flamboro Speedway
- Saturday, August 23 - Sauble Speedway
- Friday, September 26 - Delaware Speedway
The Super Stock category includes a variety of makes and models from the 60s to the current year.
The rules used in the class allow some suspension modifications and changes to the bodies.
Some Super Stock cars retain the original steel bodies with plastic noses and fiberglass hoods;
however, most use fiberglass body panels. They are powered by a modified small-block engines or crate
motors from General Motors and Ford. The division serves as a stepping stone for those
drivers who aspire to compete in the Pro Late Model category.
A new restart procedure was introduced last year by series officials for the APC United Late Model and Dayco Super Stock
divisions called the 'choose rule.' On restarts, competitors are allowed to choose their lane.
Their selection may be determined by the condition of the track,
how many cars are ahead of them or the handling of their vehicle.
If a driver changes their choice after the designated 'choose spot,' they must start from the rear of the field.
Round one of the 2025 Dayco Super Stock series was held at 'Canada's Toughest 1/3 Mile Oval,' Peterborough Speedway.
Drivers competed in a fifty-lap contest around the 1/3-mile asphalt oval.

You wouldn't want to bet against the defending Dayco Super Stock series champion, Carson Nagy, losing at Peterborough Speedway.
Nagy has been victorious in four of his last five visits to the track.
He put the No. 93 Queenston Chevrolet Buick GMC Chevrolet Camaro on the pole.
Early in the contest, Nagy came under pressure from the 2021 series title holder, Lane Zardo.
But he pulled away from the field and won by a comfortable margin.

Nic Ramsay finished in the runner-up position driving the No. 07 Radar Auto Parts Chevrolet Camaro.
Ramsay did not participate in last year's Dayco Super Stock series, but he showed that he hadn't lost any of his speed.
During the qualifying session, he was third fastest.
By the halfway mark of the contest, Ramsay moved past Lane Zardo but was unable to catch Carson Nagy and finished second by a margin of 5.899 seconds.

In the season opener at Peterborough Speedway, Zardo qualified second fastest. He kept the pressure on the race leader, Carson Nagy,
early on but eventually faded and was passed by Nic Ramsay, resulting in a third-place finish.
