In 2020, arrangements were made for the popular Super Stock division to compete as a support event at three APC United Late Model Series rounds. Contests were conducted at Sauble Speedway and Sunset Speedway, with the finale at Jukasa Motor Speedway. In 2021, the class received backing from Qwick Wick Fire Starters for the inaugural five-race championship. This year Dayco Belts and Hoses has replace Qwick Wick as the series primary sponsor.

There are five Dayco Super Stock Series events this season.

  • Saturday, June 14 - Peterborough Speedway
  • Friday, June 27 - Delaware Speedway
  • Saturday, July 12 - Flamboro Speedway
  • Saturday, August 23 - Sauble Speedway (cancelled)
  • Friday, September 26 - Delaware Speedway

The Super Stock category includes a variety of makes and models from the 60s to the current year. The rules used in the class allow some suspension modifications and changes to the bodies. Some Super Stock cars retain the original steel bodies with plastic noses and fiberglass hoods; however, most use fiberglass body panels. They are powered by a modified small-block engines or crate motors from General Motors and Ford. The division serves as a stepping stone for those drivers who aspire to compete in the Pro Late Model category.

A new restart procedure was introduced last year by series officials for the APC United Late Model and Dayco Super Stock divisions called the 'choose rule.' On restarts, competitors are allowed to choose their lane. Their selection may be determined by the condition of the track, how many cars are ahead of them or the handling of their vehicle. If a driver changes their choice after the designated 'choose spot,' they must start from the rear of the field.

The final round of the 2025 Dayco Super Stock series was held during Delaware Speedway’s 44th Annual Great Canadian Race Weekend. Drivers competed in a fifty-lap contest around the track’s half-mile semi-banked asphalt oval.

A healthy purse attracted twenty-nine Super Stock competitors to the Dayco finale at Delaware Speedway. To bolster the entries, there was an additional $10,000 on the line for any driver winning the Dayco and Castrol 300 races. Starting on the pole was the second fastest qualifier, Hudson Nagy, in the No. 36 Pure Energy Dance Studio Chevrolet Camaro. Beside Nagy was his brother Carson, driving the No. 93 HumberviewParts.ca Chevrolet Camaro.
The Nagy team has spent most of the season trying to uncover the cause of a mysterious miss in the No. 36 Pure Energy Dance Studio Chevrolet Camaro, driven by Hudson Nagy. The issue has been resolved, although the crew was unable to uncover the problem. At the Dayco finale, Nagy qualified second fastest and started on the pole. He spent much of the race battling with his brother. Nagy inherited the victory with the disqualification of Connor Pritiko.
Peter Vanderwyst Jr. is a regular at Delaware Speedway and drives the No. 7S Tuffy Solutions Chevrolet Camaro. Vanderwyst qualified fifth fastest and started in the third spot. He lost a couple of positions early in the race but remained in contention. On the final lap, Vanderwyst went into turn one with Carson Nagy and Brody Rickwood. There was contact leading to the retirements of Nagy and Rickwood. Vanderwyst avoided the crash and finished second.
One of the eight drivers competing in the Dayco Super Stock race and Castrol 300 was APC United Late Model regular Jo Lawrence. Lawrence was entered in the No. 45 Chevrolet Camaro with backing from Elevation Tree Service. He was sixth fastest in the qualifying session and gridded fifth for the fifty-lap contest. Lawrence was a beneficiary of the last-lap incident between Carson Nagy and Brody Rickwood and finished in third position.
Heading into the final round of the Dayco Super Stock Series, the points leader was Lane Zardo. Zardo topped the standings by four markers over Carson Nagy. He was eighth heading into the final lap of the race while Nagy was fourth. It appeared that Zardo’s title aspirations were over. However, Nagy was eliminated on the last lap when there was contact in corner one with Brody Rickwood. Zardo finished sixth and grabbed the championship.
Carson Nagy has two Dayco Super Stock championships on his racing resume. Heading into the final round at Delaware Speedway, he trailed the points leader, Lane Zardo, by four markers. Nagy started on the outside of the front row while Zardo was gridded eighth. Based on the track position of the two contenders during the race, Nagy would secure another title. However, contact on the final lap resulted in a sixteenth-place result and moved Nagy to third in the final standings.
This year, Justin Collison introduced a six-race Super Stock series at Flamboro Speedway called the Steel City Rumble. It has been challenging for Collison, but the series has produced some good racing. He was entered at Delaware in the No. 13C LRR Chevrolet Camaro. The Camaro failed the technical inspection after qualifying and he started twenty-seventh. During the race, Collison charged through the field and was tenth at the checkered flag.
APC United Late Model regular Connor Pritiko was entering in the Dayco Super Stock Series at Delaware Speedway in the No. 19 Domus Developments Chevrolet Camaro. Pritiko was the favourite to take the $10,000 bonus as he won last year’s Great Canadian 300 and was the fastest qualifier for the Super Stock contest. He grabbed the lead and victory on the final lap. However, Pritiko was disqualified when the wheels failed the post-race technical inspection.
