The Sports Car Club of British Columbia (SCCBC) was founded in 1951.
The club’s objectives are to promote motorsports within the Province of British Columbia,
organize competitive motor events, foster sportsmanship, encourage safe road conduct and raise the prestige of the sports car.
Club events are sanctioned by the Confederation of Autosport Car Clubs.
The club hosts race weekends at the River’s Edge Road Course at Mission Raceway. The track is 1.2-miles in length with nine turns.
In 2015 there were six race weekends that counted towards points for regional titles.
Championships are contested in the following classes:
The event held at Mission Raceway Park on September 5 and 6 was called the Can-Am Triple and included participants and classes from the International Conference of Sports Car Clubs.
